Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well then pour into the prepared baking dish.
  2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until top is golden. Then remove from the oven and cool slightly. Then cut into squares. Serve as is or topped with warm marinara or pizza sauce.
