Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the dough onto the baking sheet. Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 6 squares.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the alfredo sauce and pesto. Evenly spread the sauce in the center of each of the 6 dough squares, making sure not to go all the way to the edge and leave a crust. Top each with some roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, onions, and 1/4 cup cheese.
  4. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, 15 to 18 minutes.
