Penne With Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Asparagus

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Pasta as directed, drain, set aside.
  2. In large skillet, heat olive oil.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and rosemary, saute until garlic begins to caramelize and the onions are translucent.
  4. Add white wine and simmer for about one minute.
  5. Add the heavy cream, salt, pepper, asparagus and sundried tomatoes.
  6. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated.
  7. Toss cream mixture with pasta and Grated cheese.
