Peking Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb pecan halves (4 cups)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Put butter in a large baking pan and set in oven until melted. Add pecans and toss to coat.
  3. Bake 8-10 minutes, until nuts start to brown.
  4. Let cool for a minute or two and then toss with remaining ingredients.
