Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients for dough at least 24 hours in advance. Divide dough into 24 small dough balls. Refrigerate over night . Mix ingredients for filling. Put approximately 1 teaspoon filling in each mini muffin tin. (Do not overfill) (Note- You may have filling left over).. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 24 pecan tarts. Sprinkle tarts with confectioner's sugar. Yum!
