Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Set sugar aside, I always use a paper plate.
  2. Blend all the other ingredients together.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
  6. While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
  7. Cool completely and roll in sugar again for a thicker coating.
