Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop pecans very fine.
  2. Scatter on a cookie tray that has been lined with wax paper.
  3. Cream butter with sugar.
  4. Stir in cornstarch and flour. Mix well.
  5. Form dough into 1 inch balls.
  6. Press balls into the pecans with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in sugar .
  7. Transfer cookies to another cookie tray 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F.
  9. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
  10. Mix glaze. Will be thin enough to drizzle over cookies.
  11. When cool glaze cookies with the lemon icing.
