Directions:

  1. Place chicken between 2 sheets plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4" thickness with meat mallet or rolling pin. Combine honey and mustard and spread on both sides of chicken and dredge in pecans. Arrange in lightly greased 8" square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 15-18 min til done.
