Ingredients:

  • 1 large cans of pears
  • finely grated cheddar cheese to taste

Directions:

  1. Create a bed of lettuce in 4 salad plates or on a platter
  2. Place drained pears on the lettuce with cut side up
  3. Top with the finely grated cheddar cheese
  4. Top the cheese with a dollop of mayonaise
  5. Serve

  7. My husband does not like mayonaise so he has his dry and loves it.
