Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare cake mix (according to directions) and bake in greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together butter/margarine, peanut butter and brown sugar. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture over warm cake. Broil 5-6 inches form top burner for 5 minutes or till frosting is bubbly. Serve warm.
