Peanut Butter & Oats Homemade Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Combine the oats, wheat germ and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat the oil,honey and peanut butter together in a mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients;mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture over the bottom of a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Break the cereal in bite size pieces. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Serve with milk.
