Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil.
  3. Spray foil-lined pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. In small mixing bowl, combine the crust ingredients: 1/2 cup softened butter, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
  5. Press evenly into prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  9. In microwave-safe medium bowl, melt the 3/4 cup cubed butter and the 4 squares chopped unsweetened chocolate.
  10. Stir until smooth.
  11. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla, and chocolate mixture.
  12. Add flour.
  13. Mix until blended well.
  14. Spread over cooled crust.
  15. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  16. Cool completely.
  17. For mousse topping heat peanut butter for 30 seconds on high in microwave.
  18. Gradually fold in Cool Whip topping.
  19. Spread over brownies.
  20. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  21. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  22. Cut into squares.
  23. Store in refrigerator.
