Peanut Butter Cinnamon Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teasp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teasp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 teasp. baking powder
  • 1/2 teasp. salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350' F
  2. In a medium bine butter and the sugars.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla...beat until smooth
  4. In small bowl .. combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt
  5. Add dry mixture to the butter mixture
  6. Stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened
  7. Stir in the peanut butter
  8. Spread batter into a greased 7 x 11-inch metal baking pan
  9. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until set in the middle
  10. Cool completely in pan
  11. Cut into squares
  12. Makes about 24
