Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; beat in vanilla and egg.
  3. Stir in flower mixture, blending well.
  4. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls; place on greased baking sheets.
  5. Flatten each cookie with the tines of a fork; dip fork in sugar to keep from sticking.
  6. Bake cookies at 375 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes.
