Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups nestle toll house semisweet chocolate chunks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in chunks and peanuts.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets; press down slightly.
  7. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
