Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake -Cheryl Franzen

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin).
  2. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
  4. For frosting, beat cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake.
  5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Store in the refrigerator.
