Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Mix moist ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Blend the dry and moist until the mixture is moistened.
  4. Pour batter into greased 9x5x3 pan.
  5. Bake 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely.
