Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sunflower or sesame seeds optional
  • 1 egg for basting

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Add peanut butter, milk, eggs, and applesauce. (add a little water) Mix well until dough is firm. Let stand 15-20 mins. While waiting set oven to 350. Roll out dough on floured surface to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Baste with egg and then sprinkle with seeds (optional). Bake 30-40 mins. Cool on wire racks.
  2. Dozen approx.
