Peanut Butter Bars With Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
  2. In a saucepan on medium heat bring peanut butter, butter and water to a boil, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour into flour mixture.
  4. Add eggs and buttermilk, mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased and sugared 13x9 baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven of 350*F..
  7. Cool 30 minutes.
  8. In a microwaveable bowl microwave chocolate morsels and whipping cream for 1 minute, stirring half way through and spread on cake and refrigerate.
  9. Cut into bars when ready to serve.
