Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cake mix, peanut butter, oil and eggs in large bowl until well blended.
  4. Press evenly into prepared pan and bake 20 minutes.
  5. Place jam in small microwave safe bowl and heat 20 seconds, spread over cookie base. Scatter peanut butter chips over top.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Cool completely in pan.
