Directions:

  1. Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute pork 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned on all sides.
  3. Add salsa and preserves.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
