Peachy Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (21 oz) can comstock peach pie filling, divided

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread bread cubes in greased 9 inch square baking pan.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract.
  4. Stir in 1 cup peach filling.
  5. Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread with back of spoon.
  6. Bake 30-40 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Heat remaining peach filling and spoon over warm pudding.
