Peach Slice Tapioca Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • biscuit dough using 3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Combine peaches, juice and tapioca then allow to stand 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg then stir into peach mixture.
  3. Put in shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
  4. Roll your favorite biscuit dough 1/4” thick then prick with fork and arrange over peach mixture.
  5. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes then serve warm with cream.
