Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tps. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Prepare pie crust as direct on package for one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate; flute edge.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl. Place peaches in pastry-lined pie plate. Pour custard mixture over peaches.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool on wire rack.
  4. After 15-20 minutes of baking, cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
