Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 10 nonstick skillet,melt 3 Tbs butter over med. heat. Add cookies and pecans;cook till toasted,2-3 mins. Remove from skillet,reserve.
  2. In same skillet,melt remaining 1 Tbs butter over med. heat. Add peaches;cook 2-3 mins. Stir in juice and granulated sugar. Cover, reduce heat to med-low and cook till peaches are almost tender,10-12 mins.
  3. Meanwhile stir together cornstarch and 2 Tbs water till smooth. Stir blueberriwes and cornstarch mixture into peach mixture. Cover,cook till fruit is softened and juices are thickened,10-12 mins. Remove from heat,sprinkle with reserved cookie mixture. Let stand 15 mins. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. If desired,serve with whipped cream.
