Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Butter and flour a 12 cup muffin tin or use muffin liners.
  2. Mix dry ingredients (four, sugar, baking powder, salt) with a whisk.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients (melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla) together with a whisk.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Fill muffin cups and sprinkle tops with a little granulated sugar.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  8. Loosen muffins and tip them on their sides to cool in the pan.
  9. Sometimes this makes 15 muffins, sometimes 12. Not sure why, I use a little scoop so it should all be the same.
