Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 then peel and slice peaches.
  2. Combine peaches with 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice then gently stir in raspberries.
  3. Transfer to baking dish then cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile combine 1/4 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  6. Stir milk into flour mixture until ingredients just hold together.
  7. Drop eight heaping spoonfuls of dough onto hot fruit and sprinkle remaining sugar on dough.
  8. Bake uncovered until biscuits have browned about 25 minutes.
