Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Put the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, coconut and milk into a food processor and process only until blended.
  2. 2. Spread into a greased and lined 24 x 30cm slice tin.
  3. 3. Arrange the Peach Slices randomly or in neat even rows on top.
  4. 4. Blend the cream cheese, sugar and egg together in the food processor and pour over the top.
  5. 5. Bake at 190oC for 20-25 minutes until golden and well risen
