Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Line baking pan with wax paper(parchment paper).
  3. In a large bowl beat egg whites until soft but not dry. Gradually add sugar 1 tbsp at a time; beating well after each addition. Beat until thick and glossy. Gently fold in vanilla and lemon juice and cornstarch. Spoon into mounds on baking sheet. Bake one hour and let cool in oven for 1 hour. Once completely cooled top with whip cream( 1 pint heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp icing sugar). Top with strawberries and blackberries and finally drizzle melted semi sweet chocolate over all and serve to your Sweetie!
