Pat's Mexican Rice Skillet Dinner

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Return meat to skillet, add spices (too your own taste).
  4. Add fresh veggies.
  5. Add entire cans (product & liquids) of Sweet corn, Original Rotel, enchilada sauce and olives.
  6. Add uncooked Minute Rice
  7. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occassionally.
  8. May add additional water if needed.
