Ingredients:

  • pastry sufficient for 1 pie shell
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Roll pastry thin and cut into 4” circles.
  3. Fit each round into muffin cup and press in gently.
  4. Beat eggs until they are light then add sugar and mix well.
  5. Add butter, salt and vanilla then mix well.
  6. Combine walnuts and raisins and fill each cup 1/2 full.
  7. Add egg mixture to fill each cup three-quarters then bake for 25 minutes.
