Pasta With Salmon Sauce (Denmark)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz) can salmon, drained
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash white pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta al dente, according to package instructions.
  2. In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until it is boiling.
  5. Remove from heat and add cream cheese.
  6. Return to medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
  7. Stir in salmon and dill.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Toss with fettuccine and serve.
