Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients very well by hand
  2. Form into ping pong balls size with your hands as evenly and smooth as possible, for dinner meatballs shape into larger ones
  3. You may have 60 to 80 appetizer meatballs, less of the dinner size!
  4. Place meatballs on rack of broiler pan , evenly apart but not touching
  5. Bake 350F about 25 minutes or until well browned and fully cooked, for appetizer meatballs, large dinner size meatballs may take 30 minutes or more
  6. Place meatballs in a crock or container or aluminum roaster pan and cover with sauce and heat before serving.
  7. These can be frozen and then heated in sauce when thawed
  8. I make recipe a day before, and what I do is bring the meatballs to room temp, place in crockpot and use the low setting till nice and hot and then use the warm setting until serving.
  9. Also may be simply reheated in the oven, in a aluminum roaster pan covered with foil and heat 200F till hot
  10. Enjoy!
