Parsley Buttermilk and Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except Parmesan in a blender.
  2. Cover and run 1 minute until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add Parmesan and run for 30 seconds more.
