Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat at the same time.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil in a bowl.
  3. Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, and parsley.
  4. Add to potatoes and toss gently until potatoes are coated.
  5. Arrange potatoes on preheated baking sheet.
  6. Bake until potatoes are tender, 30-35 minute.
