Parmesan Crusted Turkey Fingers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Brush
  2. Over turkey strips to coat.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan and
  4. Seasonings. Dip turkey strips in crumbs to coat. Place on lightly
  5. Greased shallow baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 3 to 4 minutes on each
  7. Side or until no longer pink inside and cooked throughout.
  8. Spicy Cranberry Dipping Sauce:
  9. 3/4 Cup jellied cranberry sauce
  10. 1/4 Cup chili sauce
  11. In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, mix together cranberry and
  12. Chili sauces.
  13. Heat until hot.
