  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 lb steak , deer

Directions:

  1. Melt butter
  2. Season venison
  3. Mix bread crumbs and cheese
  4. Dip meat in butter then bread crumbs
  5. Cook at 350 for approx. 45 minutes
