Papaya Avocado And Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the fruit (if strawberries are small, leave them whole)
  2. Alternate slices of avocado and papaya on the lettuce.
  3. Top with strawberries
  4. Mix the oil and lemon juice in a 2 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice ratio
  5. Add minced onions to the dressing and shake until well mixed.
  6. Pour over salad and serve.
