Papa Phil's Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 1 hour.
  2. Cool and peel and cut into cubes.
  3. Bring eggs to boil.
  4. Turn off heat, cover and let set for 10 minutes.
  5. Peel and slice.
  6. Mix with chopped onion and celery.
  7. Mix Miracle Whip, cooking oil, sugar and milk.
  8. Pour over potato mixture and mix.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
