Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl.
  2. In a seperate bowl sift baking powder, bicarb soda, sugar and flour.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet and whisk until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick frypan over moderate heat and spray lightly with cooking spray, or melt 1/2 tsp of butter in the pan instead.
  5. Pour in 1/4 of the mixture and cook until bubbles appear on the top, and flip.
  6. Cook the other side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  8. Serve.
