Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking dish with Pam. Beat baking mix, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup, and 1/2°C cheese with a whisk until smooth. Pour mixture into dish and bake uncovered about 10 - 15 minute or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle pancake with remaining cheese and bacon and continue baking 3-5 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with syrup.
