Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork.
  2. Marinate for 4-6 hours.
