Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cornstarch, soya sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic together.
  2. Add sliced pork and marinate a few hours:this can be done on the morning; refrigerate.
  3. Remove meat from marinade.
  4. Heat wok or large frypan on High.
  5. Add oil,ginger and pork;stir fry until golden brown. Remove meat.
  6. Add onion, celery,pepper,mushrooms and broccoli.Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add chicken broth, marinade,pork and beansprouts.
  8. Stir on High until vegetables are tender crisp.
  9. Recipe can be easily doubled.
