Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Defrost spinach, puree with yogurt.
  2. Saute onion, garlic, chilis and ginger in oil until onion browns.
  3. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric. Stir five minutes.
  4. Stir in spinach mix.
  5. Simmer 15-30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt. Stir in cubes of paneer if desired. (Nutritional analysis doesn't include paneer).
