Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup shoyu ( soy sauce)
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 oz fresh gingerroot

Directions:

  1. Boil all together until ginger is cooked.
  2. Use a basting brush and baste often while grilling.
