Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Apricot Lemon Glaze Heat ingredients together, until well blended.
  2. Baste often while cooking chicken, chops, ham steaks or sweet potatoes.
  3. Lime Daiquiri Sauce Combine daiquiri mix with butter and honey in pan.
  4. Add juice and finely grated lime peel.
  5. Heat until butter is melted.
  6. Baste chicken or pork during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  7. Pineapple Ginger Sauce Combine ingredients in pan.
  8. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  9. (12 min.) Baste meat- and enjoy.
