Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim excess fat off oxtails.
  2. Cut all with seasoning.
  3. Cover with onion rings (use a mandaline).
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Add to pressure cooker.
  6. Brown oxtails and onions.
  7. Add water and beef buillion cubes.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Add carrots and lima beans.
  10. Pressure cook for 1.5 hours.
  11. Serve over coconut rice.
