Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker before going to bed. Set temperature to Low. Cook overnight (8-9 hours). Serve with brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins, chopped fruit, etc.
