Overnight Cheese Souffle

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon crisp, crumble
  2. Butter bread slices
  3. In a buttered baking dish, alternate layers of bread with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon
  4. In a bowl mix 5 eggs, well beaten with the milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper
  5. Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese
  6. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight
  7. Cover souffle with aluminum foil
  8. Set in pan of hot water to bake 350 degrees F one hour
  9. Let set for 5 minuites before serving
