Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Combine salt, sugar and garlic powder and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle chops evenly with the salt mixture.
  4. Dip chops in egg then put in cracker crumbs and cover well.
  5. Place on greased rack sitting on a baking sheet.
  6. Lightly spray the chops with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
